Abstract

Анализируется динамика и структура прямых иностранных инвестиций в российскую экономику, развитие дочерних подразделений международных компаний и совместных предприятий. Выделены факторы привлекательности российского рынка для деятельности крупных международных корпораций и факторы, определяющие вероятную будущую специализацию России на научных разработках и технологически сложном производстве. Исследуются преимущества и риски перенесения на территорию России высокотехнологичного производства. Проводится оценка привлекательности для международных корпораций отдельных отраслей и преимуществ их инновационного развития для экономики страны.
