Abstract

Рассмотрен подход к формированию функциональной стратегии в условиях перехода предприятия на инновационные методы управления. На примере предприятия Hartmann-Rico, a.s. (Брно, Чехия) концерна Paul Hartmann AG (Хайденхайм, ФРГ) выявлены и классифицированы проблемы, возникшие при внедрении концепции бережливого производства. Определены последствия влияния этих проблем на управление бизнес-процессами, а также предложены направления их устранения в рамках формирования фокусной стратегии снижения производственных издержек и затрат.
