Abstract

Основная проблема создания действенной модели управления бизнесом по ценностям находится в сфере исследования и согласования личностных систем ценностей всех собственников и основных руководителей бизнеса. Ее решение обеспечивает построение устойчивой корпоративной системы ценностей. Предлагается эффективный способ анкетной формы опроса на основе пирамиды потребностей Маслоу, позволяющий формализовать системы ценностей и обеспечить их согласование в форме максимизации коэффициента сплоченности группы.
