Abstract

Представлены данные, позволяющие определить ведущие отрасли инновационного предпринимательства в России и мире. Выявлены барьеры, которые затрудняют предпринимателям путь на мировой рынок инновационных технологий и препятствуют закреплению на оном. Рассмотрены проблемы адаптации инновационного предпринимательства России к условиям работы в рамках ВТО, а также выделены факторы, внедрение которых ускорит решение этих проблем.
