Abstract

В современном обществе назрела острая необходимость оценки угроз национальной, технологической и экономической безопасности с целью стратегического планирования развития России. Для этого необходимо разрабатывать стратегии основных военных, экономических и научно-технических направлений развития России на долгосрочный период. Основным индикатором этих стратегий должен стать показатель устойчивости развития отечественных наукоемких компаний.
