Метод Экспертного Оценивания: Руководство К Действию

Abstract

На сегодняшний день необходимо наличие единой базовой методики проведения экспертного оценивания как безальтернативного метода получения информации в ряде случаев. В связи с этим автором предпринята попытка разработки алгоритма экспертной оценки, определены и раскрыты ее основные этапы. Обоснована необходимость проведения работы по формированию экспертной комиссии, определению достоверности полученных результатов с целью повышения объективности их интерпретации. Автор приходит к выводу, что экспертное оценивание существенно повышает качество и эффективность принимаемых управленческих решений на основе разносторонности анализа.
