Экологическая Характеристика Качества Населения

Abstract

В статье задача расширенной характеристики человеческого развития решается в части экологических показателей такой характеристики. Под экологической характеристикой человеческого потенциала, или качества населения, понимается отношение населения к окружающей природной среде и ее ресурсам. Для количественной оценки этого отношения предлагается десять показате лей, при отборе которых учитывалась возможность их оценки в региональном разрезе на базе данных официальной статистики. В качестве примера рассмотрено пять регионов, разных по уровню и характеру экономического развития: Курская, Псковская, Свердловская, Ярославская области и Красноярский край. Сформулированы исходные гипотезы относительно оценок экологического подиндекса индекса человеческого развития, которые подтвердились лишь частично. Обращено внимание на отличие экологических характеристик качества населения и качества жизни населения.
