Система Управления Организационно-Экономическими Изменениями В Сфере Здравоохранения

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены определения понятия «организационно-экономические изменения» (ОЭИ) в организации, проблемы изменений в здравоохранении, цели и задачи системы управления организационно-экономическими изменениями в отрасли, предложена комбинированная стратегия развития и инновационных изменений в управлении, показана необходимость внедрения ресурсосберегающих технологий в отрасли здравоохранения. Рассмотрена целесообразность использования маркетингового инструментария в системе управления организационно-экономическими изменениями, предложен механизм совершенствования планирования и ценообразования в здравоохранении. Представлена авторская модель управления организационно-экономическими изменениями в системе здравоохранения, способствующими достижению медицинской, социальной, экономической эффективности в травматологической службе г. Екатеринбурга. На основе территориальной сегментации рынка медицинских услуг и межведомственного подхода определена стратегия профилактики травматизма.
