Abstract

Несбалансированность рынка труда и рынка образовательных услуг дискутируется экспертным сообществом не один год, однако решение проблемы не найдено. Предшествующие исследования свидетельствуют не только о наличии обозначенного дисбаланса, но и о неэффективности мер, предпринимаемых для того, чтобы его компенсировать. В этой ситуации исследовательской задачей становится поиск причин, закрепляющих ситуацию, непродуктивную с точки зрения задач модернизации национальной экономики. В русле данной задачи авторы рассматривают общий социально-экономический контекст взаимодействия работодателя и работников, подготовленных системой профессионального образования, а также представления работодателей о качестве их профессиональной подготовки и выдвигаемых к ним требований.
