Abstract

В статье раскрываются место и роль университета в региональном социально-экономическом развитии. Определены внешние функции, цели и задачи регионального университета, а также требования к направленности его развития. Рассмотрена роль университета при его вхождении в кластеры. В качестве формы взаимодействия предложен метод «совместных проектов», предполагающий определение пересечения интересов данной группы партнеров и структур.
