Abstract

В статье рассматриваются социально-демографические факторы формирования трудового потенциала муниципального образования с точки зрения воспроизводственного подхода. Дается авторское определение трудового потенциала муниципального образования как открытой системы. Анализируются подходы, в той или иной степени способствующие пониманию процессов, затрагивающих формирование трудового потенциала. А также представлены некоторые результаты исследования социально-демографических условий формирования трудового потенциала муниципального образования.
