Abstract

Основы федеральной политики инновационного развития формируются на уровне отдельных регионов. Для индустриально развитых регионов такое развитие определяется наличием и степенью устойчивости элементов инновационного каркаса промышленности. К ним отнесены: благоприятные экономические и институциональные условия, высокий инвестиционный потенциал, развитая инновационная инфраструктура, наличие высокотехнологичных предприятий, развитый человеческий капитал. Проведен анализ возможностей и барьеров формирования инновационного каркаса промышленности Пермского края.
