Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы взаимообусловленности и взаимодействия качества трудовых ресурсов и социальной инфраструктуры сельскохозяйственных районов Свердловской области. Исследован уровень развития социальной инфраструктуры сельских территорий Свердловской области. Рассмотрены основные инфраструктурные факторы, влияющие на качество трудовых ресурсов села, предложена их научная классификация. Проанализированы состояние и деятельность учреждений социальной инфраструктуры в городах и районах области. Исследована материально-техническая база учреждений социальной инфраструктуры в городах и районах области, выявлены основные проблемы. Определена специфика воздействия социальной инфраструктуры на формирование трудовых ресурсов села. Предложены стратегические направления развития социальной сферы села, формирования базовых условий социального комфорта для расширенного воспроизводства и закрепления на селе трудовых ресурсов.
