Abstract

В статье представлен краткий теоретический анализ количества и состава функций заработной платы, выявлены и обоснованы функции, раскрывающие сущность заработной платы как экономической категории. Выполнен анализ реализации функций заработной платы в Свердловской области по материалам государственной статистики за 2001-2009 гг.
