Abstract

Обострение конкурентной борьбы в условиях глобализации социально-экономических, политических и культурных процессов в мире выдвигает в качестве приоритетной задачи менеджмента обеспечение конкурентоспособности предприятий. В современных рыночных условиях основным конкурентным преимуществом компании является эффективное использование человеческого капитала, в первую очередь, молодежи, являющейся основным носителем инновационного потенциала развития. Авторами рассматривается организация работы с молодыми специалистами с точки зрения системного подхода. Рассмотрено развитие инновационного потенциала компании на основе системы работы с молодыми специалистами
