Abstract

В статье представлено обобщение теоретических подходов к мотивации и оплате труда; показано, что в основу формирования современных систем заработной платы должно быть положено обновленное видение работника как главного элемента организации, основного вида ее ресурсов, посредством развития которого организация может достичь более эффективных результатов своей производственно-хозяйственной деятельности.
