Северная Специфика Научно-Исследовательских Работ И Региональной Политики (Пример Регионов Ресурсного Типа)

Abstract

Показано влияние специфических черт Севера и Арктики на формирование тематики научноисследовательских работ и направлений региональной политики. Оценка холода (климатического дискомфорта, вечной мерзлоты и др.), периферийности, высокого природно-ресурсного потенциала, этничности направлена на изучение традиционных проблем демографии, организации отношений между корпорациями и территориями, налогово-бюджетного обеспечения. Особо выделена проблема выбора методов измерения уровня экономического и социального состояния. Сделана попытка увязать сырьевую специализацию северных и арктических регионов с решением стратегических проблем их устойчивого развития.
