Управление В Условиях Трансрегионализации Экономики: Ориентация На Устойчивость

Abstract

Рассмотрена ставшая особо актуальной в последнее время проблема трансрегионализации экономического хозяйства России, заключающаяся в размывании границ региональных экономик в результате нарастающих процессов централизации управления бизнесом в ограниченном числе региональных центров и филиализации его на остальном экономическом пространстве страны. На примере промышленного комплекса Омской области показано, что в условиях трансрегионализации для сохранения его самостоятельности и дальнейшего развития становится более востребованной концепция управления, ориентированного на устойчивость, в отличие от управления, ориентированного на эффективность.
