Abstract

Рассматривается экологическая ситуация вокруг одного из ведущих предприятий цветной металлургии России ОАО «Среднеуральский медеплавильный завод» компании УГМК-холдинг. Техногенные выбросы и загрязнения от работы предприятия переносятся на значительные расстояния и вызывают глобальные нарушения природной среды. Под давлением общественного мнения руководство холдинга приняло решение о формировании новой культуры управления, базу которой составляют принципы снижения и предотвращения негативного воздействия предприятия на окружающую природную среду.
