Abstract

В статье на основе анализа существующих институтов, способствующих инновационному развитию, сделана попытка формирования инновационной системы недропользования в виде совокупности соответствующих институтов, механизмов и инструментов. Отмечена актуальность и необходимость системного инновационного развития недропользования для России в условиях формирования национальной и глобальной инновационных систем. Авторы обращают внимание на локальность действия институтов власти, бизнеса и науки, а также на отсутствие сбалансированности их механизмов и инструментов между собой. Делается вывод как о необходимости устранения неразработанности отдельных институтов, так и о создании механизма определения совокупной эффективности системы инновационного недропользования. Отлаженный механизм взаимодействия предполагает одновременное использование всех элементов системы инновационного недропользования. Это позволит адаптировать общую систему для конкретной территории, располагающей месторождениями полезных ископаемых, и повысить ее конкурентоспособность.
