Abstract

В статье предлагается применять системно-синергетический подход к комплексной оценке минеральных ресурсов в рамках методологии пространственного недропользования. Данный подход позволит учесть факторы, возникающие в современном мировом экономическом пространстве под влиянием процессов интернационализации, интеграции и глобализации. Приводится методический инструментарий комплексной оценки минеральных ресурсов с учетом социальных, экологических и пространственных факторов в условиях неопределенности. Такую оценку целесообразно проводить на всех стадиях геологоразведочных работ, включая самые ранние. На завершающих стадиях геологоразведочных работ необходимо проводить оценку эффективности инвестиционного проекта по освоению минеральных ресурсов, включая оценки бюджетной эффективности и эффективность участия в проекте предприятий и акционеров.
