Abstract

Проанализированы основные проблемы и особенности современного социально-экономического развития регионов России. Приведена структура согласования стратегических целей развития государства, региона, предприятия. Рассмотрены стратегии структурных преобразования экономики регионов и основные направления региональной экономической политики. Применительно к условиям Орловской области проведен анализ современного состояния экономики региона, направлений ее структурных преобразований, подходов к проведению структурной политики.
