Abstract

Рассматривая инновации в качестве ведущего фактора экономического роста, в данной статье мы определяем основные инструменты стимулирования инновационной активности в российских регионах. Поскольку количество потенциальных факторов инновационной активности предприятий и соответствующих гипотез велико, процесс построения модели является ключевым этапом эмпирического исследования. Новое эффективное решение данной задачи предложено на основе эвристических оптимизационных методов. Выбор модели основан на информационных критериях и тесте Саржана в рамках логарифмированной модели с панельными данными.
