Стратегия Научно-Технического Развития Северо-Запада Как Инструмент Региональной Политики

Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость разработки стратегических документов инновационного развития регионов. Приводится опыт разработки стратегических документов инновационного развития Северо-Западного федерального округа на примере Стратегии комплекса «наука образование инновации» СЗФО до 2030 г. и Комплексной научно-технической программы СЗФО до 2030 г. и их роль в формировании региональной политики. Показано их значение в общей стратегии социально-экономического развития Северо-Западного федерального округа до 2020 г.
