Abstract

В настоящее время все более актуальной становится проблема выравнивания экономического развития территорий не только в межрегиональном масштабе, но и во внутрирегиональном. В статье рассматриваются методики оценки развития муниципальных образований, применяемые в Свердловской области: методика рейтинговой оценки муниципальных образований по уровню экономического потенциала и динамике развития, методика оценки потенциала конкурентоспособности муниципальных образований, а также апробируемая в настоящее время методика оценки качества жизни населения. Обосновывается перечень инструментов политики выравнивания уровня развития муниципальных образований, в том числе в условиях реформы местного самоуправления в Российской Федерации.
