Abstract

В статье приведены некоторые принципы разработки методологических основ обеспечения устойчивого развития территории, одним из которых является необходимость определения и учета её социально-экономической и экологической емкости. Дано определение и приведены расчеты хозяйственной (как части экологической), экономической и социальной емкости территорий Пермского края. Представлены расчеты уровня жизни и качества среды проживания на территориях Пермского края. Сделаны выводы о степени устойчивости развития отдельных территорий.
