Abstract

Предлагаемая оценка эффективности реабилитационных мер отличается тем, что рассматривается интегральная трактовка риска, которая учитывает совокупное радиационное воздействие и обусловленное им снижение качества жизни. Приведена структура реабилитационных мер при чрезвычайных радиационных ситуациях. Представлена классификация их прямых и опосредованных последствий. Оптимизация реабилитационных мер проведена с позиции уравновешивания безопасности и качества жизни. Соответствующие затраты сопоставляются с ценой ущерба от радиационного воздействия и его социального эквивалента. В роли критерия эффективности предложен минимум интегрального ущерба.
