Abstract

Статья посвящена разработке методических рекомендаций по определению результатов реализации инновационной стратегии развития углепромышленных территорий; рассмотрены четыре стадии: подготовительная на основе обобщения применяемых методических подходов, факторного и нормативного анализа определяется система репрезентативных социальных и экономических показателей; предварительная с использованием качественно-количественных параметров производится диагностика социально-экономического состояния территории; сопровождающая с помощью системно организованного социально-экономического мониторинга отслеживается ход реализации стратегии; обобщающая в социальной сфере оценивается результативность реализации стратегии, в экономической определяется экономическая эффективность.
