Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы кассового обслуживания в системе «банк клиент», причины отказов учреждениями Банка России в приёме к исполнению денежных чеков и объявлений на взнос наличными, отмечается несоответствие форматов кассовых клиентских документов современным технологиям и обычаям делового оборота. Предлагается внесение изменений в систему кассового обслуживания клиентов путем издания определенных нормативно-правовых документов, высказывается мнение, что все это повысит оперативность, культуру и качество обслуживания как в учреждениях Банка России, так и в кредитных организациях.
