Abstract

В статье рассмотрено воздействие инвестиционного климата муниципального образования на формирование качества человеческих ресурсов. Выделены основные индикаторы, характеризующие степень привлекательности инвестиционного климата локальной территории. Основное внимание уделено анализу влияния специфики инвестиционного климата Балаковского муниципального образования (Саратовской области) на формирование качественных характеристик населения, постоянно проживающего на его территории.
