Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам планирования геологоразведочных работ (ГРР). Автором дается оценка современного состояния планирования ГРР, отмечена ее внутренняя противоречивость и низкая эффективность. Обосновывается система поэтапного районирования как основы программно-целевого планирования освоения минерально-сырьевой базы. Дается характеристика выделенных геолого-экономических районов и минерально-сырьевых центров экономического развития России как результата районирования. Автором обосновывается положение, что концентрация средств федерального бюджета и частных инвестиций в пределах центров экономического развития способствует достижению поставленных целей.
