Abstract

В статье рассмотрена сущность контроллинга персонала и его цель, выявлены особенности труда работников банка, сформулирована авторская позиция по поводу понятия контроллинга банковского персонала, выявлены основные аспекты анализа контроллинга персонала в системе банковского менеджмента.
