Проблемы Повышения Эффективности Работы Правоохранительных Органов По Обеспечению Экономической Безопасности Регионов России

Abstract

В статье обсуждаются проблемы обеспечения экономической безопасности в сфере потребительского рынка. Автор определяет правоотношения в сфере потребительского рынка как сфере производства и торговли товарами (работами, услугами), обеспечения защиты, прав, интересов, жизни, здоровья, безопасности при материальном и духовном потреблении населения, а также экономической, экологической, продовольственной и других видов национальной безопасности Российской Федерации. Анализируется состояние экономической преступности в Свердловской области и Уральском федеральном округе и ее влияние на теневую экономику. Предлагаются меры по совершенствованию взаимодействия между государственными органами Российской Федерации и ее субъектов, меры по изменению законодательства и применению инновационных технологий по противодействию экономическим преступлениям. По мнению автора, эти меры, в частности, будут способствовать развитию государственных программ по поддержке бизнеса в сфере потребительского рынка.
