Криминальные Банкротства Предприятий Отрасли Сельского Хозяйства

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности функционирования сельскохозяйственных организаций, представлены основные формы хозяйствования, выявлены и установлены тенденции разрушения крупного общественного производства в Пермском крае, определено влияние размера сельскохозяйственных предприятий, влияющих на уровень прибыли и размер заработной платы, выделена совокупность признаков, влияющих на разрушительные процессы сельскохозяйственной отрасли, таких как ценовая политика, диспаритет цен, низкий уровень экономических методов управления, деление общества на бедных и богатых, установлены причины криминальных банкротств, на основе анализа предприятий отрасли сельского хозяйства разработаны и представлены основные мероприятия по выявлению признаков криминальных и естественных банкротств и меры по их недопущению. Определена административная и уголовная ответственность за подобные деяния.
