Abstract

В статье рассматриваются новые угрозы и вызовы, которые возникают в связи с вхождением мировой экономики в период рецессии. Предлагаются мероприятия в системах безопасности территорий и регионов, которые необходимы для нейтрализации новых угроз и вызовов. Обращается внимание на недостаточность прошлого опыта и недооценку фактора нелинейности в экономическом развитии.
