Экономическая Безопасность Территории В Ретроспективе

Abstract

В статье дается краткий обзор отражения вопросов обеспечения экономической безопасности территории в памятниках экономической и политико-правовой мысли. Анализируются своды законов государств Древнего Востока, трактаты древнегреческих философов и средневековых мыслителей. Также отмечается, что и сторонники принципа экономического либерализма (невмешательства государства в экономику), и поклонники идеи патернализма (протекционизма или государственной опеки над экономикой) признавали необходимость обеспечения экономической безопасности. Показано, что ключевыми факторами в этой сфере на протяжении веков оставались военная мощь, поддержание законности и забота о внутреннем рынке.
