Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности функционирования и возможности использования режима особых экономических зон (ОЭЗ) различного типа как инструмента региональной антикризисной политики, в частности политики выравнивания уровня социально-экономического развития российских регионов. Раскрывается значение ОЭЗ для формирования национальной инновационной системы экономики в кризисных условиях.
