Abstract

В настоящей статье авторы рассматривают эволюцию восприятия и оценки экономической категории «инвестиционные потребности региона» с точки зрения ее значения для разработки региональной политики и управления инвестиционными процессами в регионе. С целью уточнения приоритетных направлений региональной политики авторы предлагают модель финансово-инвестиционного акта, отражающего критерии оценки инвестиционных потребностей региона, и актуализируют направления региональной политики по активизации инвестиционных процессов в регионе.
