Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению возможности создания институциональной организации по изучению и прогнозированию ценообразования и спроса и на газ, которая из утопии постепенно превращается в бизнес-концепцию. Особое внимание уделено роли России в формировании и участии в газовом альянсе. Рассмотрены пути и перспективы участия новых стран участниц ФСЭГ, так как некоторые потребители газа постепенно дозревают до понимания необходимости координации действий при поставках топлива на внешние рынки.
