Abstract

В статье вводится понятие инновационного проекта организационного развития и предлагается методика его оценки. Отличительной особенностью данной методики является сопоставление возможностей и рисков посредством принципиально новой системы показателей, позволяющей получить комплексную оценку состояния инновационных проектов организационного развития. Апробация предложенной оценочной методики была проведена на совокупности инновационных проектов организационного развития, реализованных на предприятиях различной отраслевой принадлежности. Проанализирована взаимосвязь между возможностями и рисками, а также предложенными оценочными показателями. Подтверждена гипотеза о необходимости определения состояния проекта посредством оценки возможностей и их сопоставления с рисками.
