Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы трудоустройства молодежи, в том числе несовершеннолетних, и некоторые причины, формирующие эти проблемы. Статья подготовлена по результатам двух исследований — мониторинга состояния рынка труда для молодежи и анализа состояния институциональной среды для развития молодежных бирж труда, — проведенных в 2010 г. по заказу Министерства физической культуры, спорта и молодежной политики Свердловской области. На основе изучения проблем трудоустройства молодежи, функций молодежных бирж труда как элемента социально-экономической инфраструктуры региона, содержания правовых актов различного уровня предложены некоторые подходы к формированию оптимальной модели публичного управления процессами трудоустройства молодежи.
