Социально-Экономический Статус Срединного Региона России

Abstract

Недостаточный учет или игнорирование пространственного фактора, как правило, ведет к серьезным ошибкам в управлении социально-экономическим развитием любого хозяйственного объекта на макро-, мезо-, миниили микроуровне экономики. Точечное, формальное представление экономических процессов не дает возможности учесть многообразные позитивные и негативные влияния на развитие территорий (особенности регионов, транспортную составляющую затрат на производство и др.). Всем хорошо известна старинная русская поговорка, характеризующая пространственный фактор: "За морем телушка − полушка, да рубль перевоз!". Простой человеческий опыт говорит, что не учитывать пространственный фактор в хозяйствовании нельзя. Тем более это справедливо при управлении развитием крупной региональной социально-экономической системы ранга экономического района или федерального округа.
