Abstract

В статье модернизация рассмотрена как потребность общественного развития, раскрыта ее сущность и содержание, выделены формы и особенности применительно к социально-экономическому развитию, обоснованы теоретико-методологические подходы к оценке конечного результата модернизации, в качестве которого предложено использовать индекс человеческого развития.
