Abstract

На примере Нижегородского предприятия ООО «Спецсталь» в статье рассматривается процесс разработки, планирования и проведения корректирующих и предупреждающих действий по устранению и предотвращению несоответствий в продукции металлургического производства и процессах системы менеджмента качества предприятия. Выделены этапы организации и выполнения корректирующих действий и анализа рассматриваемого потенциального несоответствия.
