Abstract

В статье рассматривается развитие системообразующих сетей Балтии в связи с программой повышения надежности и конкурентоспособности энергоснабжения Европейского союза. Рассмотрены проекты в области инфраструктуры обеспечения нужд энергоснабжения в ЕС. Главное внимание уделяется плану соединения энергетических рынков Балтии и тенденции развития рынка электроэнергии в Латвии.
