Новые Подходы К Повышению Конкурентоспособности Морского Транспортного Узла

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы повышения конкурентоспособности морского транспортного узла в условиях новой экономики. Анализируя существующие инструменты повышения конкурентоспособности узла, автор подчеркивает их производственно-логистическую направленность. Однако при оказании услуг грузовладельцам и судовладельцам участники МТУ постоянно вступают как в формальные (контрактные), так и в неформальные отношения, информацией. Исследуя характер этих связей, автор приходит к заключению о том, что формирование и дальнейшее развитие партнерских отношений участников является основой для разработки новых направлений повышения конкурентоспособности узла. Рассматривая МТУ как институт, регулирующий взаимоотношения партнеров, автор предлагает создать общую маркетинговую информационную систему, использование которой повысит ценность оказываемых узлом услуг, что, безусловно, укрепит его конкурентные преимущества
