Abstract

В статье проведен анализ современного состояния и основных тенденций в динамике заработной платы. Рассмотрены основные противоречия в условиях формирования рыночного института заработной платы в субъектах РФ. Оценка динамики заработной платы проводится на основе налоговой отчетности регионов, что, по мнению авторов, позволяет более объективно отражать идущие процессы в сфере оплаты труда в условиях экономической нестабильности
