Социальная Ответственность Власти И Бизнеса Как Базовое Научно-Практическое Положение Региональных Исследований

Abstract

В статье показано, что социальная ответственность в региональных исследованиях в качестве базового научно-практического положения имеет междисциплинарный характер и является ключевым в разделе экономической теории, именуемом «поведенческая экономика». В стратегическом аспекте социально ответственное поведение должно в конечном счете стать повседневной нормой на всех уровнях административного и корпоративного управления, во всех сферах жизнедеятельности людей. Тактической задачей региональной и муниципальной власти является разработка и реализация научно обоснованной социально ответственной политики. Уровень социальной ответственности не может быть измерен единым универсальным (интегральным) показателем. Сформулированный в XIX веке тезис о том, что «в экономической науке столько науки, сколько в ней математики» в начале XXI века следует перефразировать: «В экономической науке столько науки, сколько в ней человечности».
