Зоны С Льготным Режимом Кнр: Пространственная Концентрация И Роль Во Внешней Торговле

Abstract

В статье анализируются динамика, структура и факторы внешней торговли китайских зон с льготным режимом. Определено, что зоны с льготным режимом являются одним из главных источников быстрого роста внешней торговли КНР. Обнаружена высокая пространственная концентрация зон в трех экономических центрах Китая. При помощи регрессионного анализа проведена сравнительная оценка воздействия оплаты труда на внешнеторговые показатели зон с льготным режимом и остальной территории Китая. В результате оценки не было найдено подтверждения того, что рост оплаты труда оказывает большее негативное воздействие на экспорт зон с льготным режимом, чем на экспорт остальных территорий КНР. Обнаружено, что увеличение заработной платы оказывает сдерживающее воздействие на импорт зон. Определено, что главными факторами роста внешней торговли зон с льготным режимом являются увеличение внешнего спроса и либерализация внешнеторговой деятельности, которые компенсируют сдерживающее воздействие роста оплаты труда на экспорт и импорт специальных зон.
