Инновативность Бизнес-Кластеров В Стратегии Развития Регионов

Abstract

Предлагается авторская точка зрения на связь инновативности бизнес-кластеров и инновационного развития регионов. Раскрывается содержание инновативности как одного из базовых свойств бизнес-кластеров, заключающегося в способности расширенного воспроизводства и внедрения инноваций. Показано влияние на реализацию инновативной способности бизнес-кластеров таких факторов, как информационный ресурс и их текущее состояние. Детализируется состояние инновативной способности бизнес-кластеров на каждом этапе их развития, соответствующем одному из возможных базовых состояний низкодифференцированному, конкурентному, роста, упадка.
